What MaxVacay provides

MaxVacay is a planning and information service that helps organize credit-card rewards, points, miles, certificates, card benefits, spending strategy and trip goals. It is not a bank, card issuer, airline, hotel, travel agency, broker, investment adviser or credit-repair service.

No guarantee of offers, approval or availability

Credit-card offers, earning rules, transfer programs, award inventory, hotel availability, prices and benefits can change. MaxVacay attempts to distinguish verified facts from estimates and user-entered information, but you are responsible for confirming material terms directly with the issuer, loyalty program, travel provider or booking channel before acting.

A MaxVacay card recommendation is not a promise of credit approval. A trip target is not a claim that an award is available. A transfer should not be made unless the underlying award and terms are independently confirmed.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when you choose to enter card ownership, balances, offer terms, spending estimates or trip details.
• Protect access to your account and devices.
• Review issuer and travel-provider terms before applying, transferring points or booking travel.
• Use MaxVacay lawfully and do not attempt to access another household, disrupt the service, scrape protected areas or misuse the product.

Subscriptions and billing

If paid subscriptions are enabled, the price and billing cadence shown at checkout control that purchase. Access is granted only after MaxVacay verifies subscription state; a checkout redirect by itself does not create paid entitlement. Available cancellation and billing-management options will be presented through the billing portal when activated.

Token-based or partner-based entitlements, if introduced later, may have additional terms and should not be assumed to provide investment returns or unlimited paid-service usage.

Affiliate links

MaxVacay may earn compensation when you follow certain card or travel links. Compensation is measured after the recommendation and does not determine recommendation ranking. See the Affiliate Disclosure.

Beta service and availability

We may add, change, suspend or remove beta functionality. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every calculation will be error-free. Please report suspected errors through Support.

Disclaimers and limitation

MaxVacay is provided for planning and informational purposes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of guaranteed savings, rewards value, approval, availability or fitness for a particular financial or travel outcome. Nothing on MaxVacay replaces professional financial, tax, legal or credit advice.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. A fuller commercial limitation-of-liability and dispute framework should be reviewed by counsel before broad paid launch.

Account termination

You may request account/data deletion through Support. MaxVacay may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or material violation of these terms.
